When a new helper joins a household, much of what makes the home work lives in people’s heads: how a dish is cooked, what the house rules are, who needs what and when. Explaining it all takes time, and details get lost along the way.
Hompier is designed to put it in one shared place. The helper knows what to do from the first day, and the employer can explain their home once, clearly, and keep it consistent.
